fantastic central stay!

superb location helpful staff clean room

i stayed in a standard double room. the location was superb, near the galata tower. the staff carried my luggage, which i appreciated. the room was super clean and cozy.

the shower broke on my first night. i had to wait for a plumber to fix it. i could not shower until the next evening.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I found several options for local cuisine nearby. a variety of dining choices are within walking distance. this makes finding a quick bite very easy.

the staff were helpful and cute. they helped prepare my room early. they managed an early check-in at 10 am, even though the check-in time was 2 pm.

the location is definitely convenient, with a tram stop nearby. the staff was friendly and offered helpful advice. i found the room clean. but the bed was comfortable!
